XoticPc has been one of THE BEST online laptop experiences I have had. Not only did they meet the deadline I asked for my laptop to reach me - but they did an amazing job customizing an Asus G53JW, upgraded almost all parts, and added custom lighting and cooling properties.

I experienced a problem with the laptop's keyboard, and contacted both Asus and XoticPC. XoticPC has been easier to deal with, believe it or not, an Asus has amazing customer service, so that is saying something.

5 stars across the board. My only complaint is that the lighting package cost a good bit, but they got to make money off of customizations as they are a reseller.

PS: The second you start to think about buying a laptop, XoticPC will assign an agent to you. This agent stays with you from the moment you buy the laptop to the day it gets with you, and you can contact him or her for as much information as you need regarding warranty, etc. It's a great thing they have implemented and makes the experience feel more human and online - which is a very good thing.
