I used a $5 off coupon and also free shipping. The chair\u0027s shipping box weighs about 40 pounds give or take a few. The total didn\u0027t even break $200 ($377 from office depot) and I received the chair two days after my order was placed. I\u0027m enjoying my purchase tremendously and I wouldn\u0027t hesitate to order from their revamped (probably newly purchased) business. I say probably because it seems the reviews here are old, and their server\/email notification system is fast. Or maybe they\u0027re Volvo haters.<br><br>Not looking good for AutohausAZ... waiting for them to return my call. I ordered two wheel bearing kits for an 87 Volvo 7series and received a trashed, greasy cardboard box with just the outer bearing and tube of grease for 1 of the 2 kits. So any warehouse monkey can see that one is not correct. Also, their site is antiquated, therefore a complete pain in the ass. I am questioning purchasing from them in the future based on this experience alone.<br><br>UPDATE:<br>These guys are just bad people. New order, same exact issue this time with Bilstein HD strut inserts. I rec\u0027d 1 of the correct items of the two I ordered. The other is a REAR shock in a torn, trashed box with the correct part number. The CSR on the phone keep changing their story and continually fail to understand the weirdness of the situation.<br><br>EDIT: This is why I ordered parts 2 weeks in advance. I just received the correct strut insert today, and I needed it by tomorrow. I try not to order from them but they have a selection... I live on the opposite coast of the USA and the same day google checkout said they charged me, the unit arrived at my door. I was so fokkkin surprised. I ordered a short 5 x RCA composite video cable w\/ audio and paid $5.99 for Expedited shipping. 2 days later I check the tracking number to find that THEY SHIPPED IT 1st CLASS POSTAL!! If they had shipped it via the method I PAID FOR (Priority Flat-Rate, which would hold a little 3 foot cable) it would have cost them $4.95. The bastards charged me for 3-5 day shipping and sent it 4-6 day 1st class ($4.90 for a 1 lb. box). They even admitted this to me on the phone. 2 of the women hung up on me (I was pretty steamed honestly), and 1 guy told me if it doesn\u0027t arrive in 6 days to call them. “We have been working with the customer to resolve these issues. For the missing wheel bearing kit, we shipped it out to him and he received it within two days of notifying us. As for the incorrect strut, we sent him a prepaid return shipping label so he could return it to us at no cost to him. Upon receipt of his return, a replacement order will be shipped.”
