I found them looking for nothing more than an unpainted Dr. Grip (paint flaking off when my hands are sweaty is a pet peeve of mine), which are easy to find, just not B&M. The prices were good, and I needed other things for my cube at my new job, anyway, so...

After nearly a week and half of waiting, I called them up, and got a live person right away, who was actually able to tell me why it was taking so long. Everything got here, and all has been well.

My most recent order, ordered yesterday during the wee hours, got here this afternoon. They've got a good selection, good prices, ship right away, and seem that 'customer service' thing down, that so many businesses have forgotten about.

They had excellent prices on solder (including free shipping), and the Hakko 936 station. I couldn't turn it down. Shipped next day (the day after Christmas!), with prompt notifications. Being a hobbyist, I probably won't be ordering from them again, but I would not hesitate to do so.

I've now bought from SecondSpin.com four times, totaling 2 games, 13 DVDs, and 16 CDs. Shipping speed seems kind of random (they aren't kidding with the 1-3 weeks thing, though only one has taken over a week), but everything tends to come OK.

So far, as well, only one item has come damaged: a CD beginning to succumb to CD rot. Within a day of emailing them about it, I had a credit on my account.

While I might be leery about selling to them, I think they're an excellent place to buy from.

I ordered a case for the Nintendo DS Lite, got one for the DS. In my RMA, I pointed out that they show the NDSL version, that's what I ordered, but not what I got. I even included links with pictures.

...I got the NDS one back (the same I sent back for not being what I ordered!).
