Four days later no mower, so I called their customer service. They told me they needed to box up my order, I asked why a new mower needed a box, what happened to it\u0027s factory box? They gave me no answer! <br>In a nutshell:<br>So I took the day off of work for nothing ($$) and they totally dropped the ball on customer service.
