I ordered a flask gift set as a birthday gift for a friend. The personalized engraving I wanted was longer than 12 characters, emailed eFlasks team and someone prompty replied and was able to accomodate me. High quality product and awesome customer service. The shipping was also extrememly fast especially for a customized product. I think I got the product within 4 business days, I did pay for the expedite service for a very small fee. I will definitely order from them again and highly recommended. My friend absolutely loved the flask! Thanks eFlasks team, you're the best!
