Their free shipping policy is great when it works out but gets unreliable when anything goes wrong in the standard mail delivery. I paid EUR14,95 for a book which never arrived at the address in Belgium. Checked at the post office and there too it hadn't arrived. They said they were going to send me another copy but that too never arrived! So I wonder whether that was ever sent in the first place... Didn't get a refund.
On a different occasion, this time the address was in Holland, here too the order didn't arrive but this was solved when they sent another copy. This was more than a year before, they may have changed customer service since.
I'm not ordering with them anymore because delivery is so unreliable. I rather pay for delivery and be able to track the package and be sure I'll get what I paid for!
