I ordered both upper and lower dishwasher racks for my 11 year old Kenmore. The prices at SearsPartsDirect were lower than other appliance parts websites. Each rack shipped from a different warehouse and arrived 2 days apart. Overall shipping was very fast via UPS. What arrived was exactly what I ordered. I am very happy with my purchase and will order from them again.

This is a great place to buy genuine Ford parts and accessories. Their prices came in lower than other dealerships. The vendor sent emails for every step of the order process.

One item that I ordered wasn't in stock, but was advised that they would get the part within 10 days, and then would immediately ship out to me. This is exactly what happened. Overall I am very happy with my purchase and would buy from them again.

Great company to do business with. I ordered on Monday, received an email that evening saying the order shipped, and receive the shipment on Tuesday! They even put a little bag of catnip in the box, the kitties will sure like that!

Ordered a Toto toilet seat on Monday, it arrives on Wednesday. Packed very well and then wrapped in black plastic. I am very happy with my purchase and am glad I shopped and purchased from BuyPlumbing.net

The order shipped 1 day after ordering. Received an email with a shipper tracking number. The radiator arrived today, well packed with extra tape. Fit like a glove and everything was exactly as described. Will order from this company again.

I buy Matrox graphics cards as they are rock sold for 2D work and the non-gamer. Impossible to find in stores I've been ordering direct from them for 3 years now. The only complaint I have is what arrives is a "white box" version of the card. For the premium price paid I would have hoped to receive a retail box. Still, everything arrives on time and works fine. It's an ok company to do business with.

While I'd like to be mad at these guys because of how the purchase went, they eventually took care of me. Placed an order, and then waited and waited and waited. My email asking for when the memory would ship was ignored. No response. Finally called and was told that the memory I order was out of stock. Sure would have been nice to know that before I ordered and the order was accepted! Anyway, they said they would be getting more in the following day, and it would be shipped to me via overnight, no additional charge. Also asked for a price reduction on my order, as the price dropped (according to their web site) from the time I originally ordered. They agreed to do that too (although still waiting to see the credit applied to my credit card). Anyway, the memory arrived as promised. Have ordered from them in the past and this was the 2nd time. They're nice on the phone (and it would seem that's really the only way to deal with them, as they ignore emails).

Ordered on Monday, arrived on Thursday. The case was both extra-taped and strapped, so nothing could open up in transit. A completely smooth transaction. I am very happy with my purchase. The only glitch was that the advertised coupon code, which was worth a heat spreader, was rejected by the system when ordering. No biggie but it would have been nice to get something extra with the order, as advertised.
