While I'd like to be mad at these guys because of how the purchase went, they eventually took care of me. Placed an order, and then waited and waited and waited. My email asking for when the memory would ship was ignored. No response. Finally called and was told that the memory I order was out of stock. Sure would have been nice to know that before I ordered and the order was accepted! Anyway, they said they would be getting more in the following day, and it would be shipped to me via overnight, no additional charge. Also asked for a price reduction on my order, as the price dropped (according to their web site) from the time I originally ordered. They agreed to do that too (although still waiting to see the credit applied to my credit card). Anyway, the memory arrived as promised. Have ordered from them in the past and this was the 2nd time. They're nice on the phone (and it would seem that's really the only way to deal with them, as they ignore emails).
