“Update 11-30-10: This order will begin with the February 2011 issue. The delay encountered on this order is due to a problem with the clearinghouse the order was submitted to. Because of the issues with this clearinghouse we are no longer utilizing their services as we cannot have dissatisfied customers. Customer satisfaction is #1 at Best Deal Magazines.
PREVIOUS:
A refund was issued to this customer on 9/30/10 for one of the magazines in which we could not obtain an account status. The second magazine had a tracer placed on it and we have been advised the order will begin shortly.
Best Deal Magazines is not the publisher of any magazine nor do we provide fulfillment for each magazine ordered. This is the responsibility of the publisher. All orders are submitted to the clearinghouse who then prepares the orders and send them on to each individual publisher for fulfillment. Two of the magazines on this customers order were sent to a clearinghouse which did not properly process the orders which resulted in a delay in the orders being sent to each publisher for fulfillment. We apologize for any inconvenience associated with this order.
