My experience with Satellite & Sound was excellent. We wanted a Pioneer plasma and decided to limit our search to just authorized Pioneer resellers since we felt that having a valid manufactuer's warranty was important. Satellite & Sound's price was very competitive - Doug, the sales person, was professional and informative (we did purchase an extended warranty - 4 add'l years for $295 - which I thought was a relatively small price to pay to protect a $4,500 investment). The TV arrived locally maybe 3 or 4 days after placing the order, and was delivered to our home the following day. This was an enjoyable, pain-free, hassle-free process and we saved $1,500 - $2,000 versus buying at a brick and mortar retailer. I highly recommend this on-line retailer.
