Sent email requesting status and if the item had not shipped yet to cancel order. Three days later, a reply that they are checking into the matter. Two days after that a reply that they\u0027ll offer me 5% off if I still want the tool. Told them no, please cancel order, They reply that they\u0027ll check with the warehouse to make sure it has not shipped. A week later I get an email that the item just shipped !
