1/5

I ordered from Overnight Prints on 10/31 to meet a commitment for 12/2. I ordered six different greeting cards. The quality was okay, but not perfect: in 5 out of 6 batches only about half of the cards in each batch bleed all the way to the top, the others were cut short and have a white stripe across the top. The sixth batch was perfect...but it was from someone else's order. I called customer service and was told that they'd reprint my cards. When I pointed out that their new delivery date they quoted was a week late, they offered to upgrade shipping. However, the new cards weren't printed until the day before the new shipping arrival date, and customer service could only offer that they "could" arrive in the nick of time (Friday), instead of next Monday. After further questioning, they offered to refund the cost of shipping. Small consolation if I don't get a Christmas miracle and see my cards arrive by Saturday morning.
