Horrible! I have printed with them before (invitations mostly) and had pretty good experiences so maybe there are new people there, but they are so awful. 25% of my order came damaged/printed off-center with an edge and they told me I could either return them for a refund (leaving me with no invitations for a party that is 2.5 weeks away) or they could replace them and they would arrive after the party. I am so beyond angry and will never use their service again. What kind of horrible customer service is that. And to be quite honest, the printing job was crap. I don't remember it being this bad and last time I ordered they came a little early, which was nice. This time they were delivered in the late evening on the very last day. I will just have to pay to get them reprinted. I would avoid this company.
