I thought when I placed the order that the parts were in stock and would ship more promptly. The springs break frequently apparently because of poor design by Toro, so selling replacement springs appears to be a cash cow business for both Toro and Jacks, and they are not bashful about what they charge for the replacement weak springs. Other than that, I have no complaints.
