Terance did an excellent job working with me to build the computer I needed rather than just selling expensive pieces that I didn't need. He was patient and helpful with me every time I called (I called A LOT), and answered my questions any way he could. I also had very specific details I wanted on my PC, and although he wasn't sure whether or not it could be done he took the time to inquire, follow up, and keep me informed about his progress on whether or not it could be done. Speaking as someone who has sold consumer electronics for over 5+ years he was excellent at his job. Because of him I will my first experience with iBuy, will most definitely NOT be my last.
