I have similar problem as other reviewers. AmericaRX has sent the wrong items that I did not order and will not even answer my inquiries about them. So, I'm stuck with stuff I did not order and do not want.
Their onsite description pictures old items which are what I want. But what they shipped is the new version of the same item which is incompatible. Basically, the refills are a new style that will no longer fit the base product. Their website pictures the old style.
I will not be buying anything from these folks anymore.
EDIT: americaRX did not respond to my 2 email inquires about the order. Oh well, the good news is that every brick and mortar drugstore chain are also online providing competition.
