I ordered a charger, a battery case, DVD, and 3 sets of expensive batteries.
Their email confirmation listed all items correctly.
But shipment was missing all the batteries and invoice said nothing about them. Such hassles should be avoided if sellers would have a systematic order system in place.

However they were quick to respond and correct the situation with fine customer service.

Bought M-Tech's FL90 as this system was highly recommended by gamers' forums as a budget priced system with relatively high performance, especially the graphics.

CPU Speed : 2.39 GHZ
Memory : 2046 MB
GPU Card Type : GeForce 8600M GT
OS: Windows XP
At the time of purchase this system rivaled many desktops in performance and allowed playing flight simulators and other graphics intensive games with large requirements.

It is now 1-1/2 years old, and M-Tech now has a similar priced mid price system with much more up to date performance specs. And they have a higher priced top of the line laptop which is just about the most powerful gaming laptop in existence, yet cost is very reasonable compared to Alienware or Dell.

Never had problems operating this fine laptop.
Customer service was outstanding when wanting to upgrade the hardrive to one larger.

Would definitely recommend most highly.

I have similar problem as other reviewers. AmericaRX has sent the wrong items that I did not order and will not even answer my inquiries about them. So, I'm stuck with stuff I did not order and do not want.

Their onsite description pictures old items which are what I want. But what they shipped is the new version of the same item which is incompatible. Basically, the refills are a new style that will no longer fit the base product. Their website pictures the old style.

I will not be buying anything from these folks anymore.

EDIT: americaRX did not respond to my 2 email inquires about the order. Oh well, the good news is that every brick and mortar drugstore chain are also online providing competition.

Their online order cart says "Coupons & GNC Gold Cards are not available through Google Checkout."

Translation: If you buy from GNC using Google Checkout the discount for gold card will not be applied even though the cart makes it look like it has applied.

However, by instead paying with a credit card in their online cart the gold card other discounts will go through just fine and save a bundle. The Gold Card is a great money saving device for regular customers which vitamin and supplement buyers are likely to be. I buy grains for our daily bread making through GNC online and buying in quantity (over $75)means not even have to pay shipping! From time to time GNC gives free shipping on all orders regardless of amount.

GNC is about the finest place to buy for items they stock!

Bought Civilization2. Downloads and installs super quick. Requested help from customer service (they number any 'case' to keep in order all messages back and forth on an issue).
My question was simple: Do you have a patch and if so where can I access it? It took me a couple contacts, but I did get help. Appreciated.

What do say about a glass bulb company that ships merchandise out NOT marked FRAGILE anywhere on the outside of the box? However they were quick to offer replacement my choice of bulbs or refund and responded with nice email.

And their prices are good!

Kmart shipped the parcel by UPS to a POST OFFICE BOX!
And Kmart specified that UPS could not deliver it any were esle!
But UPS has no access to post office boxes!
Therefore I had to go to UPS (another city) and pick up order!
Any really dumb shippers that make a habbit of shipping by UPS to a post office box should lose their retail license on grounds of not being intelligent enough to participate in the economy.

Powder Incorporated does a great job providing vintage ammunition of even rare calibers loaded with real black powder, just as in the old west of the 1800's. Their prices are good, shipping is fast and with no hassle. They do answer email and are a unique and fun company to deal with.
