I bought a Sony camcorder and a Sony backup battery for the camcorder. They charged my credit card more than authorized and then sent a generic battery that did not match what was listed on the order and on the shipping invoice. I plugged the battery into the Sony camera and the camera display showed the battery was not compatible with the camera. They gave me two choices: 1) live with it or 2) pay a 15% restocking fee for the camera that cost about 10 times the battery.
