Friendly service, very competent sales associates to make sure you get the correct merchandise when you place your order. There shipping department gets it out the door and to you fast and does a superb job with packing your item so there’s no damage during shipment. They also E-mail you documentation to keep track on the status of your order every step of the way. SonicElectronix has there act together, other online audio electronic company’s should follow there standards. When ever I need audio electronics you bet I will be back.
