One of the products was backordered which is completely understandable. That happens in business. However, once the product was in stock it seemed to take an inordinate amount of time to ship my order. Plus when I emailed an inquiry as to the status of shipping my order, I received an automated e-mail saying someone would answer me within 24 hours. NO ONE ever answered my e-mail with an explanation. I gave them a somewhat satisfied rating for overall experience in this survey because the products are excellent but their service was found wanting. In other words, it was bad customer service. I will probably give them one more try and if service doesn't improve, I will let it be known how bad they are on ALL the gun forums I belong to.
