On January 30 I ordered a system from Vigor online after considerable research, including their high rating on this web site. Their system responded immediately advising that someone would contact me in 48 hours to confirm my order. I have heard nothing since. I have called and left messages at all contact #s and e-mailed them as recommended by their e-mail and web site. No response at all. I checked with my credit crd company and the order hasn't yet been submitted. Thank goodness. I would like the order to go through and to get the system because previous purchaseers seem like a very satisfied lot. Currently, I am not one of them.Last week thier web site indicated that their phone systems would be down for a couple of days and be up again on last Wednesday. Nothing since. I'm thinking they have gone out of business. Anyone else have any helpful information/recommendations?
