Everybody has a right to their opinion and I agree with most of the Reviews. This Company most certainly needs to make improvements in all aspects. First off, the owner and his wife should not be customer service! They have enough stress just owning this company, nevermind being Customer Service. How about this, just take one minute and try to imagine this! You and your Wife own a huge Web Site Company! Now think of all the Stress that comes with owning such a Company! Now you and your wife decide to save a few dollars by not hiring Good Customer Service Reps. You guys decide to be the Customer Service. Now imagine how stressful it is to receive phone call after phone call with Unsatisfied Customers and not every caller has a good bedside manner! Just think how stressful that is! So, when you add all the stress from Owning the Company and dealing with Unsatisfied Customers all day long, how do you think your Demeanor is going to be? Some of you are probably saying to your self, "well that's too Bad, that comes with the territory of Owning such a big company!"! You know what, you would be right, it does and there is no excuse! What they need to do is Concentrate on making improvements to their Company, not answering phones! They need to hire good people for their Customer Service! In no way am I defending them, they just have too much on their plate! When you own a Company, it is your Responsibility to make sure everything runs smooth! When things aren't going right for you and your Company, you tend to have a lot of stress and this isn't good for anybody! This Certainly doesn't Justify their Behavior in Customer Service!

I also believe that they need to make improvements to their Web Site. I am sorry, but their Product Descriptions and Pictures are very Misleading. They have to Understand how we the Customer are looking at this. They also need to take Good Criticim as an Opportunity to grow as Individuals and to Grow as a Company! Instead of getting so Upset and making situations worse. Sometimes in Life we have to Bite our Tongues and Move On. No matter what, your Customers should be your #1 Concern, Not the Money you are Making.
Their Products aren't the Best in quality, that's My Opinion. A lot of their stuff comes from China, do I need to say more! You can Lower your Prices as well! Their Products are way Over Priced! In a Nutshell, this Company in my Opinion, Needs a MakeOver!!!
