Bought a 60.00 bouquet for my Aunt's 65th birthday and they delivered the ugliest smallest bouquet EVER!!!! I emailed and called customer SERVICE they said in 4 days they would send new flowers but wanted the old flowers back????!!! What???? Needless to say I called visa to dispute the charges. This company is ridiculous and has ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
