I appreciated the RebelFone arriving 2 weeks before my departure, so that I didn't have to worry about not receiving it in time. I spent the first week in England where the phone did not work at all. I called customer service, but the problem was not resolved at all. My second week was in Ireland where the phone DID work; however I kept getting calls and messages for the person who had the phone before me. I wrote to request a credit for all these calls, and for the week the phone did not work, and did not receive a response or any kind of recompense, not even an "I'm sorry for the trouble."
