Bought a microphone from the site at a fair price with fair shipping costs. No issues.

Wow, looks like I got lucky. Ordered a USB to NES controller adapter, received it in about two weeks with no pressing problems.

You better believe that I will be using EXTREME caution if I purchase from them again, as my buddy Roth and his show NES Tips put in the good word about them, and if they start screwing people over, he'll get the word out on THAT, too.

Screwing customers over is unacceptable, even at those really freakin high prices and horrible shipping costs! They charged $6 shipping for a USB to NES controller port.

I've placed almost 20 orders with Amazon since 2005, never had any problem. Very fast shipping, good packaging. Have yet to call Customer Service.

Only negative is that the items NOT sold directly from Amazon.com appear to not combine on shipping, plus you might get into some shady dealers with a bad reputation. I try to only buy directly from the Amazon.com inventory.

*update*
On order #21, they d*cked me over. GJ amazon, just lost another customer.

Ordered from them twice previously. Had a hiccup with the 2nd order where it appeared as though the poster I bought was damaged before it was even shipped. Took a few e-mails but everything was resolved and I received a free replacement poster. Just now pre-ordered another game and soundtrack. Thanks--

*edit*
On recent order, I preordered Soul Nomad & The World Eaters, along with the soundtrack. Sent in cheap bubble mailer and the CD case was broken. I notice that the packaging, no matter what I buy, is consistently lackluster.

*2nd edit*
Rosenqueen recently had an extensive feedback and survey session. I spoke my piece, but when the poll came around, a question addressed this problem and asked "which was most important", and the issue of packaging problems came up. It received 37.7% of the vote at 316, which leads me to believe that other people have had to deal with shoddy, cheap pacakaging by RosenQueen in the past.

I sincerely hope they address this matter and at least make an effort to use proper packaging, rather than the cheapest of the cheap mailers, or someone ruining posters by shoving them and creasing them into a 25-cent flimsy poster tube.

I intend to order from them in the future, but if they continue to damage items with careless packaging and the cheapest materials (third order in a row where all of this has occurred), there is little incentive for me to continue to pay for them. I intend to buy 10-12" STATUES from this site, and I have very, very little confidence that they will properly package them.

Shipping prices are very reasonable and fast. Website is a little tough to navigate. Inventory is NES, Sega Master System, Sega Genesis, Super NES, Nintendo 64, DVDs, Game Boy (original, color, and advance), Game Gear, and DS. Wish they offered TG16, Saturn, or PS1, considering they offer 64 and DS games.

Prices are usually on par with the somewhat overpriced Buy it Now prices on eBay, so I don't feel it's a very competitive site. Customer Service is also quick.

Recommended, but you might not find what you're looking for at the right price.

I've had about 10 orders with the Gamestop corporation over the past three years, and half of which ended in disaster. If you see Playstation 1 games for under 5 dollars on their site, avoid them as 70% of the time they did NOT even work. Their quality control is NON-EXISTANT. The final straw was when they rejected my debit card after three weeks of dodging my e-mails. Please support your local game stores or other online game stores and NOT Gamestop's monopoly.

I had been using ZZF for years with no problems, but it seems as of late they've thrown their customer care down the tubes. They wait 10 days to accuse me of a fraudulent address even though they had sent to the exact same address not three weeks prior, refuse to update my address to the exact address on my credit card's file through e-mail, and then give me a phone number to call which promptly says, "all lines are 'busy', so instead of letting you wait a few minutes, leave us a message and we may or may not get back to you." I liked using this site to build machines, but obviously they don't want my business anymore.

Update 5/27. They haven't even had the common decency to call me back THIRTEEN DAYS after I left the message. I will NEVER shop from this store EVER again.

Ordered 4 USB Trees, got them in the mail 7 days later. Great prices, but the tracking page was non-existant almost. Three of the four trees had come out of their containers as well. All the trees work, so no real harm this time.

Ordered an eMachines T6528 for $270 shipped, nothing really happened. I heard of orders being cancelled, and since they failed to give me confirmation at first I had to call to get the confirmation e-mail. I called again on the 17th to make sure the item would be shipped and I was given a tracking number. Shipped Oct 17, received Oct 19.

Their management of inventory is terrible, though. I ordered at 11:45 PM EST, and by the next morning the item was supposedly still in stock. Many people that ordered the PC that morning had their orders cancelled. Keep up with your inventory, ya lazy bums!

I had to buy a $3 part to connect my Power Supply to an ATi Radeon X800 256MB card. $12.99 on this site, tack on another $6 to ship it. It got here, but it was way overpriced. I would've bought the $3 part elsewhere, but there were reviews saying the fool companies failed to shape the holes right for some of the cards so I couldn't take the chance.

Five orders in the past month, no problems whatsoever. The only downside is that I live in TN so I get jacked up for tax. Oh well, still a great site.

Ordered 7 manga books at 50% off with only about $1 shipping total, received all of them 8 days later. A must-use site for any collector of manga.

*UPDATE*

It appears they've dropped off the face of the earth since then. Their e-mail and phone #'s are intentionally disabled. This is a despicable business practice, and I hope the people responsible for this company are JAILED. Who knows how many thousands of dollars they stole from consumers. This is despicable.

I saw one report that a woman had been bilked out of over $300.

I feel bad for ordering from them. I also feel lucky that I didn't get ripped off!

I had ordered four games from this site that were on backorder status, fully expecting them to be cancelled. As of now three of the four have been cancelled. I would not be so angry if they had actually sent an e-mail telling me these had been cancelled, as they were updating my shipment any time new developments would arise. BestBuy.com is notorious for holding any order you place on a great deal for a video game and cancelling your order months later. Although one of my games is still on backorder status, I fully expect it to be cancelled sometime in November. I will never shop on their site again, and possibly never in-store again either.
