First time order from both you and your competitor same day. Thiers arrived 4-10. Called 2 wks later after order.You did get order, but "oops it was not processed"--- per your mgr. No prob says your mgr, we will send out RUSH. Called a week later, bc still did not receive that RUSH pkg. Girl said this was a custom order, so of course it would have taken 2 weeks, and no Rush was on the order. Mgr neglected to tell me that fact. Finally received on 4-27. this has put us behind schedule. in addition the only email I ever got was from your Customer Service Team, never did get tracking # that would have helped. Could have went to my SPAM, bc I was looking for ArchitecturalDepot, not PACIFIC COLUMNS!!!!
