I ordered a Canon T2i on 5-21-10. on Sunday, 5-23-10 i recieved an e-mail to verify the credit card info. This is only an opportunity for them to do a very hard up-sell! I agreed to a small upgrade from a 2gb card to a 4gb high speed card. along with this "upgrade" was a tripod, flash reader, ect...the he tells me that $80.00 is tacked on for "insurance". Fine. He told me that would ship out on 5-24-10 and i could expect it of friday or the following tuesday because of the memorial day weekend. on 6-1-10, the day i was expecting the camera, i got an e-mail saying that fedex had just picked it up!!!! I called the company and after being hung up on TWICE after a total of 45 minutes on the phone i tried a 3rd time. I was told that the delay was caused by a backorder on the 18-55mm lens,and the memorial day holiday! they did not bother to notify me of the delay. Then the guy had the nerve to start to lecture me about being sensitive to veterans! I informed him that I was a veteran and that this is about the crappy customer service! His answer," dont sign for it, they will send it back, and we will get around to refunding your money in a couple of months!"
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
