    I ordered a thermostat after being informed that it was in stock. After waiting several days with no email notification indicating the part had been shipped, I phoned SearsPartsDirect and learned that the part was actually on "back order" from "the factory" After several more phone calls over several days to try to learn when I would actually receive the part, I cancelled the order since no one could give me any information on when I might actually get the part. In summary, very poor customer support, very little ability to provide useful information on when the part would be available/shipped, and very irritating when told the "part was in stock" when in fact it was not. I won't do business with Sears PartsDirect again.
