Placed an order with this company on 9/30, with the promise that it leaves the wearhouse in 1-3 days. I called in to check on my order having not received any shipping information on my order on 10/6. They "happen" to find my order and say it was delayed due to another company sending them the order information, just as I call, very convenient. I was promised that it would be leaving the wearhouse that day, latest 10/7 in the am. I called again today 10/11 to find out they flat out cancelled my order without telling me. Said the company that supplies the item was now on back order until November. Someone else received my order, and then they cancel mine without notification. Piss poor customer service.
