I would say this was absolutely the most horrible experience I have ever had with a company. First thing you have to know is all the appliance I am about to talk about were purchased exactly 4 months ago!! What started out as a Fairy Tale relationship had anything but a happy ending. I purchased over $6000.00 dollars in appliances from this company in June as my contractor requested so all the items were here for exact measurements. My refrigerator is dented (built to cover extra 1000) my dish washer blew up and did 400 in damages and AJ Madison wants me to pay 220 to have a replacement one shipped to me. Within and hour that price changed 3 times from a quote of 220 I received in an e-mail @ 8:50am to 292 Frigidaire was told during a phone call to 275 I was told at 1:45pm. My cook top cracked ..... I spent a whole day talking with Customer Service being lied to about them contacting repair people and when I asked to talk to a manager, I was told she had left for the day at 12 noon but the associate on the phone then tell me she has IM-ing capabilities with her manager. If that was not enough when I asked the operator to connect me with the CEO or Store manager she begins to ask me questions about my order and never connected me. Finally Frigidaire came through the set me up with a local dealer who is going to take care of my dish washer. Thank goodness because this all started a month ago and has delayed the finishing of my kitchen Word to the wise the prices are great the after sales service is just not there buy direct!!!!
