Authorized a purchase of a TV stand supposedly in stock. No confirming email invoice. After three days no invoice, Status of order at the site said "In process". Emailed cust support about when to be shipped. Received no answer. Two days later, emailed again with same result-no answer. I emailed I wanted to cancel-No answer. Finally went to PayPal and filed claim to get refund. This vendor will not answer emails. No phone number for personal contact. they will not communicate with you. You have been warned.
