After reading some of the reviews, I was very skeptical to order from Walmart.com. I went to a local store to see if I find the item in stock and use my gift card. However, the subwoofer cable that I wanted was available "online" only. I placed the order on January 15 requesting that the item be shipped to my house. I received an automated email after placing the order. The next day I received a shipping confirmation email with tracking number (Fedex). The cable was at my house on January 20th. I was very pleased in the timely manner the order was processed and delivered. I will order from Walmart online again (avoiding that zoo of a parking lot is extremely appealing).

I ordered 2 patagonia shirts for my fiance' on Thursday Jan 22 (internet). I requested regular free shipping (4-6 business days). I saw a Zappos box at my front door on Saturday Jan 24. I couldn't believe it - the shirts were sent second day air and delivered on the weekend. Great transaction.

I ordered a pair of Nike Shox for my dad. I couldn't beat Eastbay's price because I used a 20% off coupon. I ordered on September 2, 2008 with regular shipping at Eastbay's website. I received an immediate email response after completing my order. Two days later, I receive another email to notify me that my order has been shipped (included tracking number). My dad received his shoes on September 10.

My fiance ordered some Danner boots for me on Sunday evening. She received an immediate confirmation of the order via email. By next Tuesday (7 business days later) I received the package - delivered by UPS. The boots were brand new and delivered in the original manufacturer's box. The only discomfort I had during the ordering process was that bootbay never sent an email stating when my fiance's card was charged or when the item was shipped. I did call customer service on Monday (6 business days later) to get an update and the rep told me that I will receive the boots on Tuesday. I was extremely happy with the quality of the item and price.

A friend mind notified me about Natchez Shooters Supply having a sale on RIO ammo. I bought 4 flats of RIO 12 gauge for really good price. Each box was about $4.88 which includes shipping.
After I made my order, I received an email confirmation. About two hours later, I receive a second email with a tracking number. The packages were delivered to my front door in less than week.
Great prices and service. I will definitely do business again with Natchez Shooters Supplies.

I was looking to purchase a new fly reel and float line. I came across a special deal that orvis was promoting at their website, which was to purchase any of their reels and fly line and they would install the line with backing for free. I ordered the BattenKill 5/6 reel and ClearWater Floating line. I received three emails after my order - One to confirm order, the second to confirm the free backing promotion, and last, the tracking number. My order arrived in an short time. I was very pleased with orvis' internet purchase.

Ordered a Canon multifunction monochrome laser printer for my sister as a Christmas gift. Amazon had the item in stock with the lowest cost. The shipping was free with the super saver option.
The printer arrives in three days after I made the internet order. After my sister openedthe box, she realizes that the box had been previously opened. The users manual and power cord were bent and untied, respectively. The wrapping around the laser printer was untaped.
Amazon did not specify the item is "refurbished" or "open-box." I do not have a problem with purchasing refurbished or previously opened item, but I do not want to pay the full cost. I have requested a return of credit. Hopefully, they will fullfill their agreement in returning the credit in "7 to 14 days."
I have ordered numerous items from Amazon and this is the first time they have dishonestly shipped an item.

Update:
Amazon contacted my sister via email and asked her if she would like a gift certificate in the amount of the printer. Instead, my sister asked that my credit card receive full credit. Amazon fullfilled her request in less than a week.
