I got a fan from these guys and installed it in my home theater i was making. By my fault, i accidentally pulled the usb cord from the fan and essentially broke it. when i asked them if they would repair it for me after confessing that i broke it, they happily sent me a brand new fan in the mail and i sent them the broken one back, free of charge!
