These guys are some shifty dealers. I actually filled out a BBB complaint against them and they responded. The BBB scares the heck out of these losers. Be sure and use all means necassary to level the playing field when you feel like you are getting cheated.
I checked back to see if they had improved their level of feedback since the time I dealt with them a year ago. I seems they have descended into heretofore unknown levels of ineptitude.
I also noticed the only satisfactory comments appear to be sent from actual employees of this sideshow company. With comments like "always able to reach on the phone?" From one very satisfied customer. They are too stupid to actually fake a satisfactory rating.
I wrote pricewatch and asked them to block these jokers too.
I think it would be reasonable for this site and price watch to direct thier respective clientel to each others sites. This would improve the level of honesty and involvment from buyers.

Claimed they were out of stock on item purchased.
Offered a more expensive item in replacement.
Never informed me the item was canceled.
They do not have an 800 number, and I was forced to call long distance and wait 10 minutes for a rude representative to tell me that they had canceled my order without informing me.
