I placed an order on December 9 for a MSI motherboard and requested 2 days shipping. The order was never shipped. I sent an e-mail on Monday asking what the problem was, but recieved no response. I called up the company today. After spending a large amount of time on the phone waiting for somebody to answer, I finally got somebody on the line. The odd thing was that if you requst the sales department by hitting "1" then nobody answers, but if you request an operator, somebody answers the phone and says "Sales." Anyway, I was then told that they were out of stock for the mainboard I requested. It was nice of them to leave the product on their website and never tell me that it was out of stock once I ordered it. I will be checking my credit card statement.
