I upgraded from my spinet piano to a digital. Being a senior citizen ;a novice at the piano with limited knowledge of digitals, sales associate Adam Berzowski was very helpful in assessing my situation with one of my requirements being that I needed the key action to feel like my old spinet. He demonstrated different keyboards and explained things in a non-intimidating manor helping me to decide on the Yamaha P95B home bundle. Very satisfied with Kraft Music!!! BT
