Ordered 4 pairs of Wells Lamont Model 836L fingerless gloves off drillspot.com. Picture showed black with no mention of any other colors. When I got the order there was one black pair, along with a blue, green and red pair. ONLY WANTED BLACK. Called customer service and was told that the warehouse pickers just grab the gloves and don't have a process to provide only black. I expressed my strong disappointment and was told there was no way to get just black gloves despite the fact that there was no representation on the website that I would get any other color than what I had ordered. A philosophy of customer service seems to be absent from this company and I not intend to use their services again. I've told my friends about this experience and suggested that if they want this style glove, they need to order it from somewhere else.
