Ordered a set of ink cartridges for my printer. First off, Adorama's price was the best I found. Almost two weeks later, realized hadn't gotten shipment. Checked on website, and tracking stated the shipment had been delivered to our place 4 days after I ordered. Called Adorama, and they said would begin tracing with the Post Office but that would most likely take several weeks. Since by that time I needed the ink faster than that I asked what if I went ahead and placed another order, what would happen if the original order finally showed up. Adorama stated I would need to pay for the second order, but if the original order showed up, I could call them and they would issue a shipping label for me to return the duplicate order at no charge.
Second order went out UPS, instead of USPS, and came in 3 days later. Realized several weeks later that I had never heard back from Adorama so opened a resolution on PayPal. Within a day, Adorama issued a credit to my PayPal account for the original item.
Giving a 4 out of 5 for customer service since they never got back to me until I raised the issue again, but....
They were great to deal with, and they made good on the issue. I would definitely recommend them, and have every intention of dealing with them again!!!!
