After placing an order with Tiger Direct and also dealing with their Inner Cirle program and customer service (note that you're suppose to have "VIP" status while in Inner Circle), all I can say is that I'm not very happy with them at all. Customer service is a joke and they talk down to you if they feel you don't understand what they're trying to say. My items came damaged and now they're refusing to credit me for anything, including the Inner Circle membership fee. They stated I made a purchase that was "valid" under the membership, when clearly it was not as it was offered to any buyer who is not a member on the site, so I don't understand how that was a member only purchase. Basically, you can't make any purchase what's so ever (even if it's a regular order to non members) under the account or else they'll refuse to refund you the membership fee. As for the items, I will be returning due to the damage and will contact my credit card company to deal with the membership fee since I am returning/cancelling the purchase, therefore the so called member's purchased should be reversed.
Also, they will not price match an item if it below their cost no matter how valid the competitor's price is! They did price match 2 of the 4 items I brought up, but that's something to keep in mind too when dealing TigerDirect's price match. So it works only if it's still above their cost, which I can understand. But the fact they claim to match all prices, is very misleading.
From a very unsatisfied customer. I will stick to Newegg from now on.
