This is my first time purchasing a laptop from XoticPC. The purchasing process, as well as the laptop itself, were both flawless.

Confirmation email arrived very quickly, and you are provided email updates in the coming days with the status of your order (such as "Sent for Custom Building / Testing / Final QA" and "Order shipped" with a UPS tracking #).

The laptop itself is amazing. I purchased the Sager NP8130, and chose the Intel i5-2410M CPU, nVidia GeForce GTX 560M graphics card, and 8GB of DDR3 1333MHz RAM for $1134. It has a very basic look with black exterior (you are given the choice of removing the Sager logo for no fee), and sports a beautiful matte screen that I have gotten compliments for.

tl;dr - Great laptop, great service from XoticPC. 5 Stars. I would definitely buy from them again.
