Because the description was vague and to ensure that I was getting the right thing I called customer service. The represenative that I spoke with assured me that the lids that I was ordering was 2 1\/2 inches in height. This was not the case. In a time where service is very important and should be top notch, I feel that I was lied to as a means to just make a sale. My order arrived quickly but what difference does that make when you do not get what you ordered. I am not happy!
