Well this was my first order with this merchant, I ordered ACDelco oil filters for both my cars and tried to maximize the shipping costs by ordering 12 instead of 2. Was worried before receiving items because their policy is no cancellation or mods of orders. And if they don't have enough stock then your full order is sent as partial which would have defeated my objective.

Well, happy to report all items received and fast too. Ordered on Sunday afternoon and received complete order on Tuesday morning (2 days) via FedEx ground. Parts came out of NJ to NY. Items were well packed.

Sorry to hear about the other bad reviews. Would have been nice to get free shipping since order was about $70 total.

Since the new item thieves are into stealing were tires and rims included, I decided to purchase locking wheel locks for our Honda Civic LX. I found HandA Accessories via the web. Their prices beat the competition. It would have made me do flips if there was free shipping. I got the full original Honda part with lock and storage bag for 19.99 plus 7.99 S/H sealed in a new blister pack. It took 7 days to arrive via UPS ground. Will definitely order again when needed.

Web site was somewhat confusing because the prices could change between screens if you don't put it in the cart to lock in the prices. Ordered two pajama sets for my wife and a TV remote holder on 12/15/2006 and received it on 12/19/2006. Shipment came fast. of course the PJs were too small so I had to return them. What, pay for shipping just to get the right size? In addition, the remote holder said cherry wood finish but looked more like brown stain. Decided to call Cust Serv and see if there was a way to avoid shipping back and forth. Yes, they said to bring it to any store and get a refund (minus s/h)and place another order for the right size before hanging up and the shipping was free and the same original prices. In the end everything worked out fine.

Wanted to get a pair of velco fastner type walking sneakers for my elderly mom. Marty's was the only outlet on the web with the best prices. Shipping was free on orders $29 and up. Ordered the Easy Spirit Eldorado on 12/15/2006 @ 12:12 AM and the shipment arrived in the original box in a regular shipping box on 12/20/2006. Item was brand new in excellent condition. I'd only wished that they sold shoes in wide widths for smaller shoes (6.5 and under). Purchase was problem free.

Printouts on my HP Deskjet 722c were coming out faded, comparing OEM to Remanufactured cartridges there was a $20 difference. I found EZInkjets.com and they offered Remanufactured cartridges for 7.49/ea. I ordered 2; shipping & tax was free and I also got 25% off for registering. Rec'd order in 3 days. My printer works like new again. Waiting to see if they last the 830 Pgs as stated! Wow, I must be the only person that got their order - didn't even know there were so many bad experiences with this company until I read some reviews after the fact...Looks like this was a one time lucky chance, reordered again afterwards and only got half the shipment and they disappeared or renamed themselves something else on the web. Never got the rest of my order - buyer beware.

After waiting for over a month for an order from Provantage for a Garmin StreetPilot i5 GPS unit, I ordered one from PCNation with free 3day shipping. Shipping and tax was free. Although it arrived in 5 days instead of 3, it was still acceptable. The unit arrived new in the box and obviously tested prior to shipping since they didn't offer returns on the item.

My old Whirlpool dryer decided it didn't want to work anymore. After unplugging the power, I found the "Idler & Pulley" scattered on the dryer bottom & the rubber belt intact. I found Panhandle Appliance via the web with the best prices. Their items were the same as the other web sites but less expensive. My dryer broke on Sunday, I ordered the part & a new lint screen with my credit card on Monday night,it arrived on Friday & I fixed my dryer all by Saturday!!!

Provantage had the best price for a Garmin i5 GPS unit and listed the item as Special Order (same as "back-ordered")for $339. Placed credit card order on 6/20/06 and thought the worst could be 1-2 weeks before shipping. But not the case, their online status page showed ship date for 7/10/06. Since no one else had them in stock at or around their price I decided to stay with the order. On 7/3/06 I started to get anxious about the order and wanted get this item in my hands. So I sent a short email to Cust Serv asking what the cancellation policy was. Guess what, they camcelled my order just like that! I didn't even state anywhere in the email to cancel. After waiting 3 weeks I have to order the item from somewhere else. What a waste of time waiting for nothing. Very disappointed.
