My wife ordered me a Blackberry Playbook 2 days prior to my birthday and payed for the overnight shipping hoping it would arrive on my birthday. The order sat in "processing" status for 3 days, although the money was pending withdrawal from our bank account, and when we contacted them we were told that they needed to verify with our bank. Well, after getting the run around and being told that we should we receive it shortly we were finally sent a cancellation notice stating that they had none in stock and were unable to fulfill our order. Needless to say, we will no longer be using New***.com and instead purchased a Playbook through Ama***.com, as we should have from the beginning.
