After several days when I did not receive a shipping notice I repeatedly attempted to email and call them with no response. During the process I contacted Ace Hardware an found out that this company is a franchisee that operates there own web site and it techanically not affiliated. Finally on August 16 I received an email stating this material was no longer stocked, and that I would receive full credit. As of October 11 I have not received credit in spite of repeated attempts to receive payment.
