I was told it would be about \u00a34, same as the delivery costs. I thought that was ok and placed my order. When it arrived, I found out that I had to post my unwanted items back to the Netherlands! This information is very carefully and cleverly concealed from you. I was quoted anywhere from \u00a314 to \u00a350 in reality to send the item back. I got no joy explaining to the UK based telephone employee that it wasn\u0027t obvious the company was NOT based in the UK.
