“I've made many purchases from them and other then the brusk NYC attitude, I've had no problems.

They do have problems with telling the difference between plastic mounts and metal mounts but I overlook this bit as the overall price is still much less then other companies.

I've never had to return anything so I can't say how they are on returns.

I once received the wrong printer at the UPS office. Called them from the UPS office, returned the printer and they immediately sent the correct printer. The confusions was, printer sent, Canon's S9000, printer sent, Canon's S900:-)

We all make errors.

Can't say anything about anybody else's experiences but my experience with Sidney has been excellent.”

“The web site is an excellent source of information for vitamins and supplements. My experience, their prices are excellent also. I ordered on the 14th and received the shipment on the 17th. Couldn't ask for better. Would buy from them again.”

“Piece of cake. :)

Ordered a cellphone battery (that I couldn't find anyplace else) to be sent to the in-laws via USPS. Arrived in a couple of days at their vacation location, everybody's a happy camper.

Would buy from them again.

“I've ordered from NorthWestPharmacy three times. I've contacted their phone customer service two times regarding availability and how to transmit prescriptions via e-mail. I've also ordered pet meds (revolution) for our cat at substantial savings. Yes, if you work hard surfing the Web, you can find individual items for a few dollars less but overall, NorthWestPharmacy consistently has excellent pricing.

In the case of my contact with their customer service reps, both experiences have been excellent experiences. As to the three orders? Yes, the ordered products which come from Europe are on a slow boat but they arrive within the stated time frame and with "proper" advance planning, isn't a problem. Overall, considering the huge amount I've saved, the time waiting is time well spent.

Regarding my survey and the number of stars I posted, since they don't have consistently the best pricing, I did have to charge them a star in the price category. But if you want consistency in your product supplier, then you won't mind the small price difference.

In the product shipping process, yes, it's a bit slow. Much slower than I would like so I dinged them two stars as yes, I feel they could step it up a bit but still you save a bundle overall so the trade off is price vs speed and convenience. Personally? I'll take the money.

“I live in a fairly remote area of Northern California. The order for Revolution was put in on 5/24/12 and was received 5/31/12.

The Expiration date for the Revolution is 10/14.

The vet who sees our cat wanted $200.00 USD, for twelve doses. I was charged, including delivery charges, $120.12 USD.

Major savings, no inconvenience and fast delivery. Yes, I would recommend and yes, I will be a continuing customer when finished using this order.”

“Great company to do business with.

Put an online order in for a couple of units, one portable and one for the desk. Followed-up with an order to take advantage of the ten percent credit offer.

Standard data entry website. Entered the choices and hit the send button. In a few days, during regular business hours (PST), I called to check on the order as I hadn't seen shipping info on my online account sheet. Immediately received a live receptionist, who connected me with customer service. Everybody couldn't have been nicer.

Customer service looked into the delay and I received a return call twenty minutes later. Shipping problem corrected for and a few days later, received the vaporizing units.

Ordered the Arizer "Solo Vaporizer" and the Silver Surfer "Da Buddha" vaporizer for a combined birthday gift. "Da Buddha" came with a killer, soft-side storage bag. Both units come across as high quality, manufactured, products.

Despite the shipping mis-step, customer service quickly fixed the order problem and even though given as a B-Day gift, the report on the vaporizing units is a hell-yeah, positive one.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend vapornation nor would I hesitate to put in another online order.

The star choice on price isn't a good indicator because these are quality products that do what they're recommended to do so I'm going highlight N/A on price although the cost for these quality items is relatively expensive. The point, in the case of the products purchased, price is, of course, relative.

Over all, vapornation was a positive experience that I can highly recommend.”
