Complete debacle! I ordered 3 items, one of which was coming from Barnes and Noble. I asked for ground shipping which would give me plenty of time to receive the books for class. However the book from B&N never arrived. When I inquired, customer service basically told me that it was not their problem they didn't have a tacking number and I should contact B&N, and since my book was to come from them I needed to allow for 6-18 days for arrival. My feeling is YOU took my money for the service YOU offered and YOU should be able to assist and not push the blame to another. After speaking with B&N I learned that my book isn't due to ship for 25 days! Needless to say class has started and I won't have my book for more than 3 whole weeks. Completely unacceptable on both parties. Buy books somewhere else, or be prepared to allow a month for delivery in some cases.
