I have also had the 'pleasant' experience of having SuperBookDeals refuse to answer my requests for a refund after I shipped a textbook back to them to return the book.

Has anybody attempted to report / take action in regards to this horrible merchant? I would greatly appreciate any input from anyone about how to handle the situation. It seems that numerous people have the same complaint, and it is unfair and unjust for this company to steal money from people.
