Ordered a product on 4/25 only to receive a cancellation of my order today 4/30. Not only did it take 5 days for them to cancel "due to overwhelming demand" they are still holding my paypal money.

This is NOT a reputable company and I caution anyone who may deal with them.

***Three weeks later now*** I still had not received a refund to my paypal/credit card. I contacted Puritan's Pride and the woman informed me, "we have already issued you a refund." I informed her that no I had not received a refund and would be contacting Paypal. She then said the woman who handles the Paypal portion was on lunch and I would hear from them by email. Magically one hour later I had a refund showing in my Paypal account.

Terrible company and will never do business with again.

Piss poor service. Purchased a handgun from them, drove to my FFL and completed the paperwork all within one hour. Next I received an email that item was out of stock. Item went back in stock half hour later and I have to go through the whole process again. Bull****!

Sent me a cancellation of my order after they held the money on my credit card as "pending" for three days after ordering. They may have been well rated previously, but their customer service seems to be crumbling fast. BUYER BEWARE!

I took a chance after never hearing of this site. They are absolutely amazing!!! Saved me so much money on my tonneau cover! I paid no shipping which is very hard to find on a tonneau cover and it even came with three "freebies" that I priced. They alone mounted to over $70.

Shipped very quickly, got it through fed ex quickly, and everything arrived perfect.

Thank you so much and I highly recommend!

I ordered a 22" LCD monitor from this company. They provide no phone number and do not contact you back through e-mail. I was charged $115.00 on my credit card and never received the item and it has been nearly 3 weeks.

I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. BBB reports 73 complaints in 36 months. They report most are from items arriving in poor or unusable condition or don't arrive at all.

I highly recommend STAYING AWAY FROM THIS SITE until they improve their record!


***Update*** Just as I was preparing to contact the BBB, 1SaleADay.com quickly contacted me and shipped my monitor out. I received it on 07/22.

Thanks to ResellerRatings.com and their feedback system. I believe this site saved me a huge headache.

As for 1SaleADay.com, buyer beware. They did come through (finally). An e-mail they sent said, "there was a delay in the shipping department."

I also purchased an Asus VW193T 19" Widescreen LCD Monitor on 12/13 just to find out on 12/19 that the item had been discontinued. My order was cancelled and now I have to spend the next few days trying to find a new Christmas gift. Merry Christmas to me! Great customer service Super Warehouse! Why don't you just come over and kick my dog too! I will never deal with this company again and I hope anyone reading this doesn't either.
