well so far so good, i was directed from thermaltake website as they are authorized dealers, And SO Far SO Good. No Tax was Charged and product price was still average compared to other sites that were charging tax.Shipping was a bit more for regular ground. which made up for the no tax so still equaled same value as other sites. I have been axiously waiting to make this purchase for a month now, was just bit discouraged to order offline. Now I Hope the rest of the order runs smoothly. Item Purchased was a ThermalTake Armor+ Vh600LBWS. Cant wait FOR IT TO ARRIVE... WEB SITE WAS REAL EASY TO ORDER FROM...well ran into lots of probleMs, as now my product is unable to be located, Was Hung Up on multiple times today, and NO ONE can seem to answer my questions!!! WHERES MY PRODUCT? UPS IS UNABLE TO LOCATE IT, DIRECTRON IS UNABLE TO, AS WELL AS MANUFATURE-THERMALTAKE. I FOUND OUT THIS DIRECTRON HAD ORDERED IT FROM THERMALTAKE, WHICH I COULD HAVE DONE MYSELF AND MARCUS WAS HELPFUL BEFORE I MADE THE ORDER AND KNOW THEY RECIEVED THERE MONEY NO ONE SEEMS TO ANSWER PHONES AND ALL OF A SUDDEN NO ONES IN TODAY.... I ORDERED ON THE 21ST AND TODAYS THE 25TH... I HAVENT RECIEVED MY PACKAGE OR WORD ON WHERE ITS AT....
IM GETTING TOLD FROM UPS THEY NEVER RECIEVED A PRODUCT, AND DIRECTRON SAYS THERMALTAKE SHIPPED IT, AND THERMALTAKE SAYS THEY DO KNOW I HAVE TO CALL DIRECTRON...
AT THIS POINT NO ONE KNOWS WHERE MY THERMALTAKE ARMOR+600LBWS IS...OR SEEMS TO CARE THEY SAID CALL BACK MONDAY.. LOL TODAY IS FRIDAY... HOW SAD, AS WELL AS THEY SAID COULD TAKE 8 DAYS TO TRACE IT.. LOL... I COULD HAVE DROVE TO TEXAS AND PICKED IT UP AND BEEN BACK MYSELF BEFORE THAT.. OR SHOULD HAVE JUST WENT WITH MY GUT FEELING AND ORDER FROM THE ACTUAL MANUFATURE.

JULY 28TH: FOLLOWING UP WITH ORDER:(SEE "EVERYTHING IS GONNA BE ALRIGHT")I STILL HADENT RECIEVED MY PRODUCT THIS MORNING AND AS I HUNG UP WITH THERMALTAKE AND WAS ON HOLD WITH UPS I GET A CALL BUT IGNORNG IT THINKING MY CALL WAS MORE IMPORTANT. WELL UPS HAD NOTHING TO SAY, SO I DECIDE TO CALL THE MISSED CALL BACK AND LOW AND BEHOLD ITS DIRECTRON, HIS NAME IS ARMEN, HE ASKED IF I RECIEVED MY PRODUCT, I RESPONDED NO, AND HE SAYS WHAT HE WILL DO IS SEND A NEW ONE OUT TODAY AT NO EXPENSE TO ME. AND BASICALLY HE WILL DEAL WITH U.P.S... AND ALSO THAT HE WOULD CREDIT ME THE SHIPPING CHARGES. WOW I SMILED FROM EAR TO EAR.. EVEN THOUGH I STILL HAVE TO WAIT COUPLE MORE DAYS,IM HAPPY. I THINK THATS HOW IT SHOULD BE HANDLED,AS FOR THE PROBLEM WITH SHIPPING, I HONESTLY BELIEVE THAT DIRECTRON HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH IT, AS WE ARE HUMAN AND MISTAKES AND ERRORS ARE MADE, I REALLY LIKE HOW ARMEN TOOK CARE OF IT!! SEEMED LIKE THAT TOOK CARE OF MY HEADACHES... JUST THAT FACT THAT HE FOLLOWED UP FIRST THING THIS MONDAY MORNING MADE IT ALL WORTH IT!!!!
JUST TO KNOW SOME ONE UNDERSTANDS AND ACTUALLY DOES SOMETHING ABOUT IT!!! THERMALTAKE AND UPS SAID I HAVE TO WAIT TILL AUGUST 5TH FOR THE CLAIM AND THEN IT COULD BE ANOTHER 10 DAYS BEFORE I GOT CREDIT BACK!!! ARMEN SAYS HE WILL SHIP ME A NEW ONE AT NO COST AND REFUND THE SHIPPING!!!! DIRECTRON RESOLVED THIS ISSUE BETTER THAT U.P.S. DID AND FASTER!!!!!
SO NOW ILL CROSS MY FINGERS AND PATIENTLY WAIT FOR MY BRAND NEW THERMALTAKE ARMOR+ 600LBWS!!!
