This review was written by another customer and it was exactly the same thing that happened to me with a different product and date. Pretty sad when one can cut and paste bad reviews because the exact same thing happens to you. Buyer beware--this is a lousy company with poor inventory, poor customer service and poor follow through!!
"Their website said the Canon Camera I wanted was "In Stock", so I placed the order on 8/26 that I needed 10 days later. It apparently was not in stock, as my account was showing 'In Warehouse' for over 13 days afterward. They never bothered to let me know the camera was unavailable, BUT my credit card was debited when I placed the order(8/28) for the entire amount, even though they did not have it in stock. This is a very poor business practice; most do not debit the account until the item has shipped. I sent several emails requesting an update on my order (WHEN WILL IT SHIP?), with no response - another poor business practice. Finally, after 13 days of waiting, I was able to talk to a real person (be prepared to get transferred twice and wait 30 minutes on the phone to cancel an order) and was able to cancel the order, (I hope!), although my credit card account has yet to show the credit for the cancelled amount, so I have disputed the charge with my credit card company. Do NOT give your business to these people.
